• Tickets are subject to availability and may be limited in quantity.
• Prices are displayed in the local currency and may include applicable fees and taxes.
• You are responsible for verifying event details before purchase.

5. Event Organizer Responsibilities

Event Organizers agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete event information.
• Honor all tickets sold through the platform.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Communicate any event changes or cancellations promptly.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Reselling tickets at inflated prices (scalping).
• Creating fraudulent events or listings.
• Using the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the Service.

7. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers (Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe). By making a purchase, you agree to the payment processor's terms of service. MyTicketDate does not store your complete payment information.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MyTicketDate and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

MyTicketDate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. We are not responsible for the actions of Event Organizers or other users.
